We signed up under the full managed service provider suite, looking after our computers, networks, maintenance and security.We used to have day to day problems, after about 2 months with these people the problems just seemed to go away, everything just works. And if we need to speak with someone or need help at our office for whatever reason we get a live person that is cheerfully ready to help. Easily 5 stars, a few times over.
