A while ago a major hack left me with no safe access to 2 drives, one HDD and one SSD. I sent them to PCS and not long after, received an external drive back with 15 years worth of precious, digital photos and other documents restored. They were fast, friendly, competent and professional.

I used to think I was computer literate but once I hit 80 it has been downhill ever since. I found Brian and Peninsula Computer Solutions back when I had to give up XP! If only every company I did businesses with was like Peninsula Computer Solutions! Customer service, fast response, optional fixed monthly pricing, computer and network security, to easy.  We signed up under the full managed service provider suite, looking after our computers, networks, maintenance and security.

We used to have day to day problems, after about 2 months with these people the problems just seemed to go away, everything just works. And if we need to speak with someone or need help at our office for whatever reason we get a live person that is cheerfully ready to help.    Easily 5 stars,  a few times over.
